At North Spore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
